💳 Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods: We accept PayPal only. Through PayPal you can pay using your PayPal balance, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit card, or bank account. We do not directly process or store any credit card details — all payments are handled securely by PayPal.

Payment flow: When you place an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to log in or complete payment as a guest. After successful authorization, you will be returned to our website and receive an order confirmation via email. Your order is not considered accepted until payment is fully confirmed by PayPal.

Taxes & additional fees: All applicable sales taxes (based on your shipping address) are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees, no optional fees, no surcharges. Shipping is always free. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Non‑refundable payment fees: If you cancel an order before shipment or receive a refund for a defective/damaged item, the full product amount (including tax) will be refunded to your original PayPal account. However, any fees imposed by PayPal, your credit card issuer, or your bank (e.g., currency conversion fees, cross‑border fees, wire transfer fees, or chargeback fees) are non‑refundable. These are third‑party charges that we do not control, and we explicitly state that “payment provider charges are not refunded.”

Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Order cut‑off & payment capture: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (UTC-8) are processed the same business day; orders after that cut‑off are processed the next business day. Payment is captured at the moment of checkout.
