📦 Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your order clearly and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship, costs, and what to expect. We only ship within the United States (all 50 states). No international shipping, no territories, no APO/FPO.

1. Shipping Destinations

✅ We ship exclusively to the 50 U.S. states. Orders placed with an address outside this area will be cancelled and refunded (minus any non‑refundable payment fees, as described in our Refund Policy).

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

🚚 Free Standard Shipping – no minimum order value. We offer one simple method: Standard Shipping. There are no express, overnight, or priority options. All orders ship with free standard shipping. You will never pay for shipping at checkout.

  • No hidden fees: The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is always free.
  • Free shipping means delivery to your address only. It does not include installation, assembly, unpacking, or any white‑glove services. Your package will be delivered by a standard carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and left as per the carrier’s terms.

3. Processing & Cut‑off Time

⏱️ We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Daily cut‑off: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles). Orders placed after this cut‑off are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time: 0–1 business day (most orders leave our facility within 24 hours after cut‑off).
  • Transit time (estimated): 3–5 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery: 3–6 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

🌎 Global time reference: Our cut‑off corresponds to:
• 5:00 PM Los Angeles / Vancouver
• 8:00 PM New York / Toronto
• 0:00 (midnight) UTC (next day)
• 1:00 AM London (next day) · 11:00 AM Sydney (next day)

4. Carriers & Tracking

We use trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days after placing your order, contact us.

5. No Optional / Hidden Fees

We do not charge any optional fees. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges, residential fees, or any hidden costs. All costs are disclosed at checkout. The total you see is final.

6. Damaged / Lost in Transit – 72‑Hour Report Window

If your package arrives damaged (visible outer box damage or contents broken), you must report it within 72 hours of delivery (or “delivered” status shown by carrier). To report:

  1. Email support@blue-toad-672595.hostingersite.com with subject “DAMAGED – ORDER #[order number]”.
  2. Provide photos of the outer box/packaging and the damaged item(s).
  3. Include your order number and contact info.

We will review and provide return instructions if the item is defective/damaged (see Refund Policy). Failure to report within 72 hours may limit our ability to process a claim.

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply. Original shipping (free) is not refunded in such cases.

8. Policy Consistency

This Shipping Policy works together with our Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Terms of Service. All policies comply with Google Merchant Center requirements and U.S. consumer protection laws.
